Three times a year we leave the office behind. Offsite, intensive, and small by design — a weekend where the circle sits around one table and works on the problems that actually matter. No keynotes, no sponsors, no networking theatre.

Real problem each
Every retreat runs on a simple contract: each leader brings one real, current problem — and the room commits to moving it forward. That's the whole point.
Retreat no. 01 — Spring
Two days off-grid to untangle the hardest technical problem on your plate — architecture, scale, or team. You leave with a concrete direction, stress-tested by people who have been there.
Retreat no. 02 — Summer
Personal development meets advanced leadership strategy. Fewer slides, more honest conversation about the job nobody trains you for — managing yourself while you manage everyone else.
Retreat no. 03 — Autumn
The entire circle, once a year. Where the network compounds: new members are welcomed, old problems are revisited with fresh eyes, and the plans for the year ahead take shape.
Accommodation not included.
All three retreats are part of Bytes Land membership, alongside the monthly Open Spaces, mentorship and the private community. Switch off the noise — the circle is waiting.
